Mejoramiento de los procesos de latonería y pintura en el taller automotriz brujo cars en la ciudad de Bogotá.

El presente proyecto aplicado está centrado en la mejora de los procesos de latonería y pintura automotriz en el taller Brujo Cars ubicado en el norte de Bogotá. El problema que se presenta es la pérdida de tiempo y los sobrecostos asociados a materiales y mano de obra en cada uno de los procesos, por defectos o errores que se identifican en la fase final del proceso de producción, lo cual está generando un descontrol en los materiales y gastos innecesarios por parte de los trabajadores. Para el desarrollo se utilizan herramientas propias de la Ingeniería Industrial que permiten rediseñar los procesos de latonería y pintura. Ya que consiste en la revisión fundamental y el rediseño de los procesos para su optimización en costos, calidad, servicio y rapidez. Se trabaja con un seguimiento detallado a los procesos que permita identificar las fallas o tiempos muertos que retrasan la mano de obra. Aplicamos diferentes formatos y apoyados de las diferentes herramientas de la ingeniería se definirá una solución que permita mejorar la producción en el taller automotriz Brujo Cars. Se trabaja principalmente en la calidad del proceso y seguido a esto en los tiempos de producción para definir las diferentes tareas con un tiempo determinado. También se habla de poder dominar los procesos al punto que se pueda calcular el costo general de la producción por vehículo que ingrese al taller. La metodología a utilizar está enfocada directamente en el estudio de métodos y tiempos por medio de un formato donde se registre los tiempos que se toman en los diferentes procesos, la construcción del diagrama de Gantt AS IS que inicialmente nos muestre como están distribuidas las tareas por vehículo o procesos, la utilización del diagrama de causa-efecto, para identificar los problemas que están afectando directamente los procesos, y finalmente el rediseño y la proposición de mejoras para conseguir como resultado el diagrama de Gantt TO BE que nos deje ver la distribución de trabajo para cada proceso de una manera que se aproveche los insumos, tiempos y mano de obra.
